My First Vacation in US

 Last week, I had the first long vacation in the US. I went to Las Vegas and Los Angeles. There are a lot of impressive place for me, and I enjoyed so much.
 On the first day of the vacation, I went to Las Vegas. I was so surprised because there is a lot of homeless people on the street. It was more dangerous than I expected. I knew that Las Vegas is a night city, but I didn't want  to go out at night. Yet, I saw the famous fountain show in Las Vegas.
On the next day, I went to Grand Canyon. It was so big and so wide. I had never seen any canyons before but seen the photos of Grand Canyon. It was bigger than I was thinking. I felt that human is just tiny creature. I wanted to relax in the place, but it was too hot, so I couldn't.
  From the next day to the last day, I spent time in Los Angeles. I prefer LA than Las Vegas, because there are more place for fun in LA than in Las Vegas. The best place is Disneyland.
I have been to Disneyland, but it was the first time to go to one in California. I took a lot of pictures with many characters.

    I loved hearing about your vacation! I agree with you. I also felt how small humans are when looking at the Grand Canyon. What an amazing place!
    Why was Disneyland the best place for you? Should I go there?

      I love Disneyland because I can meet Disney princess there! Disneyland always gives me hopes and dreams. I recommend you to go there!

    Isn't the fountain amazing? It's so cool to sit and watch, especially at night. Did you see it during the day or at night?

      I went there at night, and it was super amazing! I was really moved and watched it three times!

    Eri,
    I'm so glad you got to experience very different parts of the US over your vacation! It's too bad that the Grand Canyon was so hot; it really is a magical place! I went there as a kid, and I still have strong memories of the heat emanating off the rocks.
    Are there other natural places that you'd like to visit in the US?

      I love nature, so I want to go to the national parks in the U.S., especially, Yellowstone National Park and Sequoia National Park. Also, I couldn't go to Antelope canyon, so I want to go to Grand Canyon again!

      That sounds super fun! You should also check out the Redwood National Park, some of the most amazingly old and tall trees you'll ever see!
